GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

NEVER STOP GROWING GUARANTEE

We know that nobody ever buys a plant to have it die. Mistakes happen. Nature happens. Plants happen. That’s why we offer the best Guarantee “Growing.”
The following product guarantees are available to retail guests^ with original proof of purchase:

• Nursery Stock (Trees/Shrubs) & Perennials planted in-ground – 2 years*. Nursery Stock & Perennials planted in containers are not warrantied.  Warranty extended to 3 years for purchases between September 6 – Otober 31, 2024 when a bottle of Sheridan  Nurseries Transplanter is included in the order.
• Roses – 1 year*
• Houseplants (Non-Flowering) – 3 months
• Hardgoods & Patio Furniture – based on the Manufacturer’s warranty
• Annuals, Hanging Baskets, Annual Planters, Custom Design, Bonsai and flowering houseplants including orchids  – not warrantied.

*Warranty replacement on all nursery stock, perennials, and roses is available from June 1st to October 31st to ensure that the plants are not in a dormant state.

^The never stop growing guarantee does not apply to Landscape Supply Centre/Trade guests who receive trade pricing.

RETURN POLICY and GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS
We want you to love every purchase from Sheridan Nurseries. If you are not completely satisfied, return the product with the original receipt, in saleable condition** to any of our Garden Centre locations. We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange within 14 days with the following exceptions:

• Gift cards, custom design orders, active wear including leggings, and clearance merchandise – final sale.
• Flowering houseplants including orchids may be returned within seven days.
• Any Christmas décor purchased after December 15th is considered final sale.

Returns within 14 days can be credited to your original form of payment or a Sheridan Nurseries gift card.

After 14 days, products covered under our “Never Stop Growing Guarantee” will be replaced with the same product or credited to a Sheridan Nurseries gift card for the value paid, with the following exceptions:

• Manager’s Specials, Farm Sale, Seasonal Clearance items, and items with price points ending in .00 are warrantied to the value paid to a Sheridan Nurseries Gift Card, and not eligible for product replacement.

If you cannot provide your original receipt, we will do our best to look it up in our system; however, if no receipt is available, we will offer an exchange for an equivalent product at our discretion.

**To be considered saleable, product must be in its original packaging, and for live goods, show evidence of reasonable care.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are happy to provide price adjustments within seven days on all products, with the exception of:

• Annuals, annual planters, hanging baskets, custom design, clearance items, Manager’s Specials, Farm Sale, “Deal of the Day” items and price points ending in .00.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Gift receipts are available upon request. All gift items purchased from October 1st to December 24th with a gift receipt can be exchanged or refunded to a Sheridan Nurseries gift card up until January 7th. No cash refunds.

Fresh Christmas trees, live potted Christmas trees, fresh boughs and branching and potted Christmas houseplants are final sale.

Artificial Christmas trees and Christmas décor purchased before December 15th, can be refunded to a Sheridan Nurseries gift card only, until December 15th. Artificial Christmas trees and Christmas décor purchased after December 15th are final sale.
